1.  Dr. Lawson didn't like John and Paris, so she made them work harder.

2.  Dr. Lawson wants people to have smaller waists because all the exam gowns in the world are made too small for most people, where the gowns tie at the waist.

3.  Dr. Lawson got the information on the group members mixed-up.

4.  Paris and John rigged the scales; they didn't lose twelve pound.

5.  John and Paris were dehydrated; they lost water, not fat.

6.  John and Paris's new health program cut more carbohydrates from their diet than the other members of the group, but they exercised less, and the weight loss came back immediately.

7.  The reason Dr. Lawson put Paris on a more rigorous health plan was because Dr. Lawson wanted Paris to look as thin as Paris Hilton.

8.  John wanted to wrestle at a much lower weight level.  Dr. Lawson was helping John reach his new weight level to wrestle.
